Following the recent restrictions on cultural events we have reluctantly decided to postpone the concert "The last Rebetiko" of 27 November to a safer and more serene period.

LocarnoFOLK will host three exceptional young harpists from three countries for a world premiere on 22 October in Minusio: Elisa Netzer from Switzerland, Ailie Robertson from Scotland and Adriano Sangineto from Italy.

After the Corona-related break, LocarnoFOLK restarts full of energy and enthusiasm. The season kicks off next 10 October at the Teatro del Gatto in Ascona with the exciting project "LinguaMadre: Il Canzoniere di Pasolini".

To brighten up your summer, we propose you three concerts of Ticino music in the "lounge" of Piazza Grande in Locarno, on August 8th. With the support of the City of Locarno, we are thus contributing to the restart of popular live music in Italian-speaking Switzerland.
